Elsek’s light gauge steel framing technology has excellent commercial capabilities. The 140mm Panelized Fabrication System can build stand-alone light gauge steel structures up to 5 levels high. As an external rain guard of a building and internal walls of a multi-story building there is no height limitation. The light gauge frames for a commercial building can be built onsite with the roll former machine operating on each floor simultaneously or manufactured in the factory where the framing and panels are then transported to site.
